These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to mointerviews.com and your use of services offered by Mo Interviews ("Mo Interviews," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website, booking a consultation, purchasing services, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Mo Interviews provides reverse recruiting and career support services for professionals. Depending on the engagement, services may include opportunity review, job-search strategy, resume and LinkedIn positioning, role matching, job applications, recruiter or hiring-manager outreach, interview support, pipeline coordination, and offer guidance.
The exact scope, fees, deliverables, payment milestones, eligibility criteria, and any additional terms applicable to your engagement may be described on the website, during your consultation, in an order form, invoice, proposal, or separate service agreement. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.
Mo Interviews can improve and manage parts of your job-search process, but employers control their own hiring decisions. Except for an expressly stated interview guarantee, we do not guarantee that you will receive a job offer, be hired by a particular employer, receive a particular salary, or achieve a specific career outcome.
Hiring timelines, interview decisions, compensation, background checks, assessments, and final offers are controlled by third parties and may be affected by market conditions and factors outside our control.
Where your purchased service expressly includes the Mo Interviews qualifying interview guarantee, the setup fee includes up to nine qualifying interviews that meet the criteria agreed for your search, such as role type, seniority, compensation, location, or other agreed requirements. If the promised number of qualifying interviews is not delivered, the applicable setup-fee refund commitment will apply as stated in the offer or service agreement provided to you.
The specific definition of a qualifying interview, timing, client cooperation requirements, exclusions, and refund process may be set out in your service agreement or purchase documentation. Those engagement-specific terms control.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for reviewing and promptly correcting material inaccuracies in your resume, profile, application information, target criteria, or other career materials.
You authorize Mo Interviews to use the professional information and materials you provide as reasonably necessary to perform the services you purchase, including identifying opportunities, preparing career materials, submitting applications, and communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, employers, or hiring platforms within the scope of your engagement.
You remain responsible for attending interviews, responding to time-sensitive communications, completing assessments or employer requests, evaluating opportunities, making employment decisions, and complying with any obligations you owe to a current or prospective employer.
Current pricing and payment structure will be presented before you purchase services. Mo Interviews may use an initial setup fee and a larger results-aligned payment that becomes due after you are hired, depending on the service package or agreement selected.
You agree to pay all fees and payment milestones that you accept in an order, invoice, proposal, checkout, or service agreement. Except where an express refund commitment applies, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law after the related work has been performed.
By submitting a form, booking a call, emailing us, or purchasing services, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to your inquiry or engagement. These may include scheduling messages, service updates, document requests, opportunity notifications, billing communications, and other operational messages.
Where permitted and with any consent required by law, we may also send promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing messages, but operational communications may continue when needed to provide services or administer an active engagement.
You may not misuse the website or services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with website security or availability, transmitting malware, scraping or harvesting data in violation of law, impersonating another person, using the services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
You may not use automated tools to attack, overload, probe, or circumvent technical restrictions on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, text, graphics, layout, software, and other materials created by or for Mo Interviews are owned by or licensed to Mo Interviews and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use materials delivered specifically for your personal job search, such as your finalized resume or career documents, for their intended purpose. This does not transfer ownership of Mo Interviews' underlying methods, templates, website assets, software, branding, or proprietary processes unless expressly agreed in writing.
Our services may involve third-party job boards, professional networking platforms, employer career sites, scheduling services, communications providers, payment processors, or other tools. We do not control their availability, policies, technical systems, hiring decisions, or data practices.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with any terms that apply to accounts or platforms you authorize us to use on your behalf.
If you provide account access or credentials that are reasonably necessary for an agreed service, you are responsible for confirming that such access is permitted by the relevant platform and for providing only the access required for the engagement. We will use access provided to us for the purpose of performing the agreed services and will take reasonable steps to protect information entrusted to us.
You should promptly tell us if credentials are changed, compromised, revoked, or no longer authorized, because this may interrupt services that depend on that access.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability and may perform maintenance, security updates, or technical changes when necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general informational materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every job listing, employer statement, salary estimate, market observation, or third-party source will be complete, current, or error-free.
Career and compensation decisions involve personal judgment and third-party factors. Information or guidance provided through the services is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mo Interviews and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption arising from or related to the website or services.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid to Mo Interviews for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Mo Interviews harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another party's rights, or materially false information that you knowingly provide for use in applications or outreach.
We may suspend or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, repeated failure to provide information required to perform the engagement, or a material breach of these Terms or an applicable service agreement.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or rights that accrued before termination. Any refund right will continue only to the extent provided by an applicable guarantee, service agreement, or law.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Mo Interviews Privacy Policy. Because reverse recruiting may require sharing your professional information with potential employers, recruiters, hiring managers, job platforms, and service providers, you should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law together with any governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution provision contained in a separately signed service agreement. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
